The governing team, chaired by Mayor Tomás Rubio, held a meeting this morning with all the municipal and external services that will be involved in the development of the upcoming Cieza fair.

The objective for the periods of August 23-31 is to schedule and coordinate all necessary services for the activities and to reinforce security by ensuring special surveillance at the La Era fairgrounds, Plaza de España, and the carousel area, where the public is heavily attended, as well as at the spaces designated for the craft market on Paseo José Antonio Camacho and for the San Bartolomé Brotherhood's open-air dances at the Balcón del Muro.

To this end, a team comprising local police officers, the Civil Guard, private security, Civil Protection volunteers, health workers, and firefighters has been approved.
