The Cieza City Council's Department for Women and Equality has organized a workshop on the topic of the pelvic floor, which will be taught by María Morote López, a physiotherapist specializing in perineum and intimate and feminine health. It will take place this Thursday, May 29, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at the Centro Géneros de Punto.

The International Day of Action for Women's Health originated in 1987 at a women's assembly held on May 28th, known as the Global Network of Women for Sexual and Reproductive Rights.
This important meeting addressed specific topics such as the various diseases currently affecting the global female population, and one of the most worrying and recurring ones: maternal mortality, which unfortunately claims the lives of many women each year.
