In an environment of mutual learning and collaboration, representatives of the Local Action Group
(GAL) of the Citizen Participation Plan for Social Inclusion (PACIS), co-financed by the
European Social Fund +, the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Equality and the Ministry itself
Cieza City Council met last Friday in Jumilla to share knowledge and
experiences around social inclusion from a community perspective.
Delegations from the municipalities of Cieza, Alcantarilla, Mazarrón and Totana actively participated
in this event, organized by the team of the “Protecting Our Neighborhood” plan of Jumilla.
The session allowed all participants to gain an in-depth understanding of the approach and dynamics of
work and collaborative methodologies that this municipality has developed with its community.
During the meeting, the value of networking and the importance of maintaining spaces were evident.

The day showed that, although each territory has its particularities, inclusion
