At 3:20 p.m., several calls to the 1-1-2 Murcia Region Emergency Coordination Center reported a collision between a car and a motorcycle at kilometer 49 of the N-344 highway, heading toward Blanca.
A Mobile Emergency Unit with paramedics from the 061 Emergency and Health Management Department, as well as a Civil Guard Traffic patrol, were dispatched to the scene.
Unfortunately, as a result of the accident, the motorcycle driver, a 51-year-old man, died. Emergency services were only able to certify his death upon arrival. The other driver did not require medical assistance.
