The Cieza City Council's Youth Department is launching a youth employment guidance and placement service. This service is aimed at the municipality's population under 30 years of age and aims to improve their employability and facilitate the active job search process by providing them with new skills and tools that increase their chances of finding work.
The job guidance service was created to address the need to improve the channels of employment information and advice available to the municipality's youth population, facilitating access to the labor market, whether employed or self-employed. This comprehensive and personalized service begins with a diagnosis of the individual's employment situation, the design of an employment pathway, and support throughout the active job search process.
Among the activities proposed for the development and achievement of these objectives are: defining career goals, developing resumes, improving digital skills for job searches, conducting group workshops on employment, and promoting entrepreneurial culture.
The youth employment guidance service will be held at the Capitol Theater offices by appointment only.
